This triptych is a three-part exploration of grounding and arriving at one's own rhythm. The canvas here functions as a biography: each layer represents external influences and experiences that constantly shape us. It is a visual record of the connection between the earth's energy and our inner development.

In this work, I address the process of processing – from holding on to experiences to letting go in one's own flow. It describes the moment when the mind settles to make space for feeling. Through the conscious layering in mixed media with Aquarylic, the resonance with life becomes tangibly palpable: a journey through the architecture of our own history.
