Carried by the promise that God himself allows new life to sprout in hidden corners, this work is dedicated to the arum lily – a mysterious plant of our forests that carries a fascinating, transformative power within it. In this image, a fiery, dynamic center of orange and red tones powerfully breaks through the cool turquoise and blue of the canvas.
The incorporated real snakeskin refers to the image of shedding and letting go of old, rigid patterns. It is a work about that vibrant power of transformation that, even in the deepest shadows, awaits to be unleashed by Him.
